The Woolers were looking to downsize from their main house to something a bit smaller that worked for them. While shopping around they decided where better to live than their backyard. This is when they found ModnPods and decided to go with The Pass with just a bathroom. With four different internal fit outs they chose this model to provide them with additional living space in the common area.

With the Woolers being out of ModnPods 150km install radius we worked with their local installer but ModnPods provided full certification making their Pod a permanent dwelling. This Pod has made a great home for them and additional rental income from their main dwelling.
