Each pod is designed for maximum energy efficiency to ensure the impact they have on the environment is as minimal as possible by using top quality commercial grade insulation to reduce heating and therefore CO2 emissions.

The community in which ModnPods serves is at the forefront of each project. With local community outreach that extends to working with manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers within 150kms of the Gold Coast factory.
