ModnPods partnered with Ingenia Holidays to deliver contemporary modular accommodation for its Kinka Beach holiday park, supporting the relaxed, family-friendly experience of Queensland’s Capricorn Coast.
Located just steps from Kinka Beach and within easy reach of Yeppoon, Emu Park and the gateway to Great Keppel Island, the holiday park offers guests an ideal base to experience one of Queensland’s most naturally beautiful coastal regions. The new modular accommodation was designed to complement this setting while providing the comfort, functionality and convenience expected by today’s holidaymakers.
Each modular home brings together clean architectural design, practical interiors and thoughtfully considered living spaces to create a welcoming and easy guest experience. Designed around the needs of families and coastal travellers, the accommodation provides comfortable spaces to relax, reconnect and enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of the Capricorn Coast.
Manufactured off-site within ModnPods’ controlled 6,300m² Gold Coast facility, the modular homes benefited from a streamlined manufacturing process supported by consistent quality control and greater certainty throughout delivery. Completing a significant portion of the work away from site also helped reduce onsite activity and disruption within the operational holiday park.
