The school purchased four ModnPods in two different sizes to be used as rehearsal studios for music students. We needed inspiring spaces for students to develop their musical skills, and these acoustically treated rooms were ideal for this purpose.

We partnered with ModnPods to deliver staff accommodation for an aged care client in regional Queensland — a project brief of three homes, including two one-bed dwellings and a three-bed family home.

Modular construction proved to be the perfect solution, providing high-quality housing with minimal reliance on local trades, installed efficiently and with very little disruption to residents. The ability to inspect the buildings at the Gold Coast factory before delivery to site in Monto added confidence for all stakeholders, and the flexibility to relocate the dwellings in the future is an added advantage.

Fulton Trotter supported the client through an ACCPA grant application and managed the EOI and tender process. ModnPods were the successful team, and their delivery was excellent — their model is sharp, well-engineered, with beautifully detailed cladding and warm stained ply interiors. Both in the factory and on-site, their motivated team worked collaboratively to achieve a fantastic outcome.
