What began as a container concept in 2015 quickly evolved into a nationally recognised modular construction company, proudly backed by the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). Each Pod is manufactured in our 6.000m2 integrated manufacturing facility on the Gold Coast, where design, manufacturing, and finishing all happen under one roof.
Modular construction is a building method where structures are prefabricated off-site in sections – called modules – and then delivered to site for final assembly. Your ModnPod includes a 7-year builder’s warranty in line with Australian regulations. In addition, individual components – such as appliances, air conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures – carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years. These are passed through to you and outlined in your handover documentation.
