We work closely with your design team (architects or engineers) to adapt modular solutions to your vision; this collaborative process ensures flexibility and bespoke customization. Sustainability is also a priority: our efficient factory-controlled process minimizes waste and environmental impact.

The primary cost covers the manufacturing of your building modules in our factory, including the standard structure, finishes, plumbing, and electrical—representing the bulk of the overall price.

Custom Upgrades

Any enhancements beyond the standard model — such as premium finishes, layout changes, or eco-friendly features like solar panels or advanced insulation — are priced separately. These upgrades let you tailor the project to your lifestyle

Logistics & Installation

We take care of delivering the modules from our facility to your site and performing the on-site assembly (crane work, joining modules, etc.). This ensures your building is erected efficiently and safely.

Site Preparation & Finishing

On-site work includes foundations, utility hookups, landscaping, and any other site-specific requirements. Costs in this category depend on site conditions (access, terrain, utility connections, etc.) and are included in the overall quote.
