Reflections Holidays – Copeton Waters modular tourism accommodation
ModnPods delivered six modular accommodation pods for Reflections Holidays at Copeton Waters Holiday Park, creating comfortable, contemporary spaces for guests to enjoy within one of regional New South Wales’ most scenic outdoor destinations.
Set against the vast waters of Lake Copeton and surrounded by the natural landscape of the New England region, the project brings together tourism accommodation, considered modular design and efficient off-site manufacturing.
The six pods were designed to provide guests with comfortable, functional and low-maintenance accommodation suited to the holiday park environment. Each space combines practical layouts with quality finishes, creating an inviting base for guests to relax and experience the surrounding landscape.
Manufactured off-site within ModnPods’ controlled Gold Coast facility, the pods travelled more than 500 kilometres to Copeton Waters before being installed on site. This approach enabled greater control throughout manufacturing while supporting efficient transport and installation in a regional location.
The Copeton Waters project demonstrates how modular manufacturing can support holiday parks and tourism operators with high-quality, scalable accommodation designed for long-term performance and memorable guest stays.
