Located on Queensland’s Fraser Coast, Hervey Bay is known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, family-friendly atmosphere and access to some of the region’s most iconic natural attractions. Manufactured off-site within ModnPods’ controlled 6,300m² Gold Coast facility, the modular homes benefited from a streamlined manufacturing process, consistent quality control and greater certainty throughout delivery. Completing a significant portion of the work away from site also helped minimise onsite activity and disruption within the operational holiday park.
