After a long and successful history of healthcare entrepreneurship, Stuart is heavily focused on Arc31 Family Office opportunities and philanthropic investment initiatives through SpArc Foundation. In July 2021, Stuart was appointed the inaugural Founder in Residence of the Transformer Program, providing mentoring to entrepreneurial students at Bond University. Through his pro-bono mentoring at Bond University, Stuart was introduced to ModnPods, and saw the business potential to address housing affordability, boost holiday park accommodation, support workforce and job creation, and tackle housing shortages in regional and remote areas. Stuart subsequently joined the ModnPods Board as Chair and Managing Director, as Arc31 took a co-lead investor position alongside QIC.
