What type of glazing is used in ModnPods?
We use high-quality, energy-rated windows and doors that support passive thermal comfort. All glazing is chosen to balance comfort, efficiency, and compliance. Glazing is selected based on your site’s energy report and may include:

How long does it take to manufacture a pod?

How are ModnPods delivered?
ModnPods are delivered by truck and craned into place on your prepared site. Once the pod is positioned, it’s connected to services (water, power, etc.) and commissioned – usually within a week. Our process minimises disruption and reduces the need for lengthy on-site work.
How long does installation take?
It can take a few hours to a few days or weeks depending on the scale of the project. We deliver pods that are 90-95% ready to use.
Can you install in remote or regional areas?
Yes, we can. We can deliver and install across Australia – including regional and hard-to-access sites. The only factor to consider will be additional costs associated with freight.
