We have in place our Capability Statement, our Building Methodology, our Environmental Ethos and follow all design and costing requirements to apply for Governement tenders. All of our modular solutions are designed and certified to meet the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. This includes structural, fire, accessibility, and energy compliance.
ModnPods Pods include a 7-year builder’s warranty in line with Australian regulations. In addition, individual components – such as appliances, air conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures – carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years. These are passed through to our customers and outlined in the handover documentation.
Our Pods are engineered for a 50+ year lifespan when maintained appropriately. We design and build in line with NCC and Liveable Housing guidelines, using durable materials and long-term construction standards to ensure longevity and performance.
