Modular manufacturing is a building method where structures are prefabricated off-site in sections – called modules – and then delivered to site for final assembly. At ModnPods, we build in a controlled factory environment, allowing for consistent quality, reduced waste, and faster timelines. The pods are delivered complete and installed quickly on-site, connecting to services and ready for occupancy within days.

Yes we do; a large portion of our materials are Australian made and can be recycled or repurposed.
Yes, our Pods are structurally engineered to have solar panels and we have a partner supplier for battery storage.
ModnPods Pods are delivered by truck and craned into place on the prepared site. Once the Pod is positioned, it’s connected to services (water, power, etc.) and commissioned – usually within a week. Our process minimises disruption and reduces the need for lengthy on-site work.
Yes, we can. We can deliver and install across Australia – including regional and hard-to-access sites. The only factor to consider will be additional costs associated with freight.
It can take a few hours to a few days or weeks depending on the scale of the project. We deliver Pods that are 90-95% ready to use.

Yes, we can. All of our modular solutions are scalable. It can start small – such as 2–4 Pods – and add more later as funding, demand, or project scope grows. We design with expansion in mind.
Yes, ModnPods works with Government departments and Not-For-Profit partners to deliver housing solutions that are cost-effective and durable. Designs can be adapted for single tenants, families, or crisis accommodation, with optional upgrades for accessibility or higher energy performance.
Yes. we can. We work closely with Government, private Developers and Architecture Firms to ensure designs align with state or federal grant requirements. We have in place our Capability Statement, our Building Methodology, our Environmental Ethos and follow all design and costing requirements to apply for Governement tenders. All of our modular solutions are designed and certified to meet the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. This includes structural, fire, accessibility, and energy compliance.
ModnPods Pods include a 7-year builder’s warranty in line with Australian regulations. In addition, individual components – such as appliances, air conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures – carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years. These are passed through to our customers and outlined in the handover documentation.
Our Pods are engineered for a 50+ year lifespan when maintained appropriately. We design and build in line with NCC and Liveable Housing guidelines, using durable materials and long-term construction standards to ensure longevity and performance.
